MID-WILSHIRE HEALTHCARE CENTER
Our very first package went to Mid-Wilshire in early May. They accepted our donation without hesitation, and we are so thankful for their support.

OLYMPIA CONVALESCENT
Our colorful hand-sewn masks went to Olympia Convalescent in late June. They are working hard during these trying times. Healthcare workers are true heroes!
WINDSOR GARDENS
Towards the end of June, we donated over 150 hand-made and pre-made masks to Windsor Gardens. They have been working hard during the COVID pandemic to ensure that their patients are well taken care of!

MEET THE FOUNDER
Andrew Lee created Giving Hearts United in early 2020 as a way to advance his efforts in humanitarian work.
Andrew started with raising funds for his sponsored children in the Philippines. After realizing the power of giving back, he expanded into different aspects of community service. With the COVID-19 global pandemic, Andrew saw a great opportunity to help those in need. He started making masks in the living room, with supply costs coming out of his own pocket. However, as production grew, local manufacturers and fabric stores began to pitch in. With the joint effort, over 600 masks have been donated to nursing facilities across the Los Angeles area. He has also partnered with these facilities to provide birthday cards for their patients - in an effort to provide a little joy to their "once-a-year" day.

Andrew strives to make meaningful contributions and better his community with the GHU organization and its members.

KNX 1070
On "KNX Heroes," a radio segment dedicated to highlighting charitable work in Los Angeles, our founder had the amazing chance to speak with host Heather Jordan. The two discussed GHU's beginnings and what the organization is truly about.

One in a Million
With the motto, "The Power of Service to Others," Multiplying Good has been advocating for positive changes since the 1970's. The One in a Million Award is given to individuals who have created tangible benefits in their community. We are honored to have been selected!
